Doing some teaching next month to a group that rates high in tactile intelligence.

Like to find samples of nickel, zinc, chrome and cobalt as small bars, thick strips or something similar.

I can buy stock and cut, polish, package, etc. here but would rather just buy finished specimens.

Would appreciate any ideas anyone cared to offer.

Thank you,
Tom Walz

Have you contacted any machine shops that may have scrap you can pick up? Most likely if they do custom jobs.

Nickel and zinc you could buy from McMaster. Pure cobalt, pure chromium - might check with a plating supply shop.

I recommend Goodfellow too.
