Source for NaOH/KMnO4 pickling

The punchline is that these are 20' long tubes.
They range in diameter from 1/2" to 4".
This is a 6% Mo stainless.
It is the IDs that we care about.

I have the facility and know how, but I don't have the permits.
I would prefer the upper mid-west (we are based near Milwaukee)but I am open.

Advice and suggestions please.

My first thoughts are other producers/processors like Eagle Stainless Tube, Associated Tube Canada (ATC) or USA (ATU), or Swagelok. Does Cartech or AL have a "lab" tank that can handle these sizes?

I got in touch with two people who did have tanks large but have
shut them down and converted to other uses. It appears that the
jet engine overhaul business has the largest vats available.
You might want to check with some of the chemical cleaning
supplier that supply the material for a customer list with your
requirements. Also you might check the Carus Co to if they can
help you.

Here is a machine that use to made in the US which might work if you you can use a little less aggressive cleaner like the Phosphoric Acid Type.
