Source for Pentagonal screw?

I am trying to get a source for what would essentially be a 1/4" square drive 2.5mm pentagonal socket (circumscribed diameter) to use for torque wrench calibration in-house. I would, however settle for any type of fitting with the 2.5mm female pentagon (set screw, machine screw, socket, etc.) that I can later adapt to fit 1/4" drive.

We have our own mating part (2.5mm penta set screw) in our warehouse, but they are titanium and I'd rather find a steel substitute to undergo the repeated applied torque from our drivers.

So far I've only found some large penta-drive sockets and a secure type pentagonal screw (center pin).

Sidenote: I have no idea why our setscrew is a pentagon--it was a hex at one point in the past--perhaps the designers were worried people would be doing spinal surgery with allen keys. [ponder]
