I've moved into a manufacturing engineering role, and am looking at a manual assembly process my new employer has.
Are there any Human Factors, Ergonomics, or other sources that provide what a reasonable hand speed is moving objects (very light objects) or an empty hand from from one spot to another, horizontally and vertically? How many times this can be done a shift without muscle strain? That sort of thing?
Thanks in advance!
