G'day Mates,
I put in the URL for the SouthEast Asia Geotechnical Journal (SEAGS)for your review. They have made for free downloads as per the URL. I also include the URL for the decade (not really because they start it in 2000 rather than 2001). To date, the free ones are pre-2011 but every year it will be increased by a year.
Being headquartered in Thailand - the main topics of local interest is soft clays, ground improvement by wick drains involved with massive land reclamation projects, slope stability (as in Hong Kong) and deep excavations (primarily Singapore oriented with some Bangkok tossed in). Given the massive land reclamation projects and deep excavations, this journal, in my view and perhaps it is tainted in that I have spent over 20 years in the region, is the go to resource for these topics.
Example paper:
Hope you find this useful.![[cheers] [cheers] [cheers]](/data/assets/smilies/cheers.gif)
