I have a problem when replacing a very old Southern Cross Pump PSJ Series. The old pump has a very special impeller as attached.

Anyone can help me to give more information of attached impeller, and specifically of Southern Cross PSJ Series?

ione, One step ahead of me. If unavailable as a spare you could very easily fabricate one from steel, I would use stainless steel - no corrosion. If you do fabricate one make sure you also plug-weld each blade from the back - thru impeller shroud. In my early pump days I fabricated an impeller and only fillet welded the blades on the front of the shroud - guess what hapend some years down the track - the welds were gradually erroded / corroded away until one of the blades failed - reasonable damage done but a lesson learnt.
