SP3.1 SPR's

I see that SP3.1 is out. Am I missing something or are the SPR's for 3.1 not yet available to review?

Please note that the only difference between SolidWorks 2008 SP3.0 and SP3.1 is production support for Microsoft Windows Vista 64-bit, so it is not necessary for customers on other operating systems to download this Service Pack.

from the looks of it SP3.1 is only put out to enable Vista x64 support. there are no other fixes associated with SP3.1 that i could find.
