Spaceball 3003 rotation not smooth.

Hello,
is anyone using the spaceball 3003(model A4361C)? If so, have you encountered any problems in V5?
It works great in V4 but when used in V5 the motion (especially rotation) is very jerky.
It is running on the latest drivers from

http://www.3dconnexion.com.

Any help/input would be greatly appreciated.

There is an option for Dominant Axis. Make sure this option is toggled off. (it should be in the 3dconnexion toolbar from within catia).
