We currently run NX11 and also have GM Native Toolkit. If we open the same files (from our server) in GM Native Toolkit and in our company NX native session, our spaceball performance is a lot slower/chopped in GM Native Toolkit. We looked at some of the visualization settings but changing them did not change the speed of the graphics. Anyone have suggestions to look at? We use Nvidia Quadro P2000 spaceball. Thanks in advance!

Never heard of the Nvidea Quadro P2000 Spaceball...

Anyhow...take a look into the menu of the Spaceball. You should be able to configure the buttons and reaction per application individually.

The Nvidia Quadro P2000 is NOT a 'spaceball' or for that matter, any sort of graphics controller. Rather, it's a high-end graphics card for desktop/tower computers.

That being said, I'm not aware of anything that would cause the behavior you've described, irrespective of what sort of 3D graphic control device that you may be using.

When you say that you open "the same files (from our server) in GM Native Toolkit and in our company NX native session".
Is the first session a Citrix session , i.e running on a remote computer or ?
How do these sessions differ ?
