Hey guys,
I am new to this forum and a recent grad. I am interviewing with Lockheed Space Systems in Littleton, Colorado this week and I was wondering if somebody may be able to point me in the right direction.
The job description includes understanding of deep space telecom subsystem and software design on existing spacecraft such as MGS, Stardust, Mars Odyssey, etc.... Since it is entry level, I don't think I need to have extensive knowledge of those types of systems, but I wanted to gather as much info as I can. I want to be able to have the best interview possible and that requires some homework on my part. The problem is that I can't seem to find much technical material on telecom systems used for deep space applications. Even the NASA sites do not give many details. Does anyone know where I can get some basic design information concerning systems similar to what may be on spacecraft? Any help is appreciated.
