Spacepilot Motion Configuration

I cannot find any options that will allow me to re-configure the navigation/motion orientation of my 3D Connexion Spacepilot when using Catia V5R18.

The default configuration is such that pushing the navigation button away from you activates the zoom while pushing it up & down moves the part up & down the screen. I find this very difficult to use as I intuitively expect that pushing the button away from/towards you will move the model up/down the screen and pushing/pulling the button up and down will zoom the model.

I have used my Spacepilot with the latter configuration for more than 5 years so its going to be painful trying to re-train my brain to the new configuration, especially since I found that configuration impossible to use 5 years ago.

I used my spacepilot with Catia a few years ago (different company & machine) and was able to configure the motion to the configuration I like but the options seem to be very different now (and I can't rememeber what how I changed it). When you open the Spacepilot config window its a Catia window that opens, not the usual Spacepliot configuration window that you get with other programs, In ProE there is a dedicated option that lets you switch between the 2 motion types. I also can't see anywhere that lets you change the speed/sensitivity of the Spacepilot so this makes me think that I'm missing a set of menus somewhere.

One thing that I have noticed is that when I updated the driver from 3-11-## to 3-12-03, the individual add ins for each type of CAD program have disappeared from the All Programs menu in Windows.

Hope somebody can help.

Thanks, AJ
