Does any one know how to do a LATIN CAPITAL LETTER G WITH CARON using the ISOCP2 font. (it is a G with a pointy hat)

I also needed a LATIN CAPITAIL LETTER C WITH CEDILLA, but know that this is alt+0199

I think it's not working in ISOCP2. In Arial, it does.
