Hai,

I am using ANSYS workbench.

I have part meshed with shell element and interested in specifying rotational BC apart from translational BC.

In envoirnment-> Given displacment->X,Y, and Z is there and no rotational constraints.....

In this scenario, how to specify rotational constraints....

Create a local cylindrical co-ordinate system at the part of the geometry which you want to constrain (remember in WB everything is geometry driven, so you must choose the geometry first). To do this click on the "Model" part of the tree, only then will you see the coordinate systems icon. Click on this icon and follow the prompts in the details area (bottom left). When you apply constraints using fixed displacement, you will have the choice of this coordinate system in the details area.
