Thank you in advance.

I have a LARGE assembly (9,000+ parts), which I am trying to create a drawing with. I can place the assembly on the drawing, BUT when I try doing a cross-section, that is where I run into problems. Solidworks gives a warning:

"CHILD VIEWS CANNOT BE CREATED FROM A SECTION VIEW THAT CONTAINS MODELS THAT HAVE A SPEEDPAK APPLIED".

ANYONE know of a way to do a mass REMOVAL of SPEEDPAKS? or how to even locate ALL the SPEEDPAKS in an assembly. I didn't create this assembly so not sure where all the sub-assemblies are or how many there are. And there are quite a few subassemblies within this main assembly.

(Solidworks 2016, Premium)

If you open up the assembly you should be able to tell by the icon of the assembly. per the 2018 help... the icon should be about the same.

You will have to flip back the assemblies and\or sub-assemblies configuration from the speedpak to the non-speedpak config. There is no way that I know of to do this other than manually
