I am working in a proyect in which we have 4 LPG storage spheres. They are installed in line, and the distance between the center line of two adjacents spheres is; L = 2*D (D = sphere diameter). Conisdering before I need to know the simultaneous spray water requiremente in the event of fire in one of these spheres.

I think that a consequences analisis is necessary but how to calculate the radiation from one sphere to another one. Does anyone know how to calculate the radiation radius?

Thanks in advance to all of you.

You wrote "I need to know the simultaneous spray water requiremente in the event of fire in one of these spheres."

This is not the scenario to consider... The scenario will be that you have a leak, resulting in a pool of boiling LPG below the spheres. Subsequent ignition of the pool can engulf several spheres. Deluge is required to prevent BLEVE (Boiling Liquid Expanding Vapour Explosion) of one or more spheres. So you have to consider what maximum pools size will be, and then size your deluge to cope with that scenario.
