What is the best circuital solution to divide a rf signal with 800-2400MHz of BW and level of -30dBm in 4 ways with impedance in and out of 50 Ohm.

If you need to design one, it's almost always three 1x2 dividers assembled together. You can find 1x2 divider designs in many places.
