Does anyone know of a good spreadsheet for analysis of wind and seismic forces on wood framed buildings?

Dennis Wish has published a spreadsheet called Multi-Lat on his website (

http://www.structuralist.net).

I have not used it, but it is freeware, so you can try it out for yourself for no cost.
