Is it possible to drive parameters in a user defined feature?

What I'm hoping to do is present the user with a list of sizes. One example is die punches. After the user picked which punch they wanted, all of the parameters needed to generate that specific size would be pulled from an excel spreadsheet and the udf would be inserted.

Your help is appreciated.
