Spring on SAP2000

I want to model a spring around a pile that inserted on to the ground.
but i dont know how to insert Spring, maybe someone can help me how to do it.

here's some picture to help

and, since there will be around 200++ pile in the structure, maybe you can give me tips how to apply spring to all pile at once.

You've got a couple of different options here.

1. You can apply a uniform spring to frame elements. While this may be the simplest approach, it won't allow you to assign varying spring stiffness along the length of the pile

2. Given that these are soil springs, I recommend modeling the springs as joint links. Draw -> 2 joint link. You may want to submesh and add special joints along the pile length where you plan on assigning springs. Connect the link to the frame at one end and the appropriate restraints on the other.
Once you've assigned your springs to a single pile, you can replicate the links to the remaining piles.
