Sprinklered building

Working on a new hotel at work and noticed that there are alot of rooms and corridors that are rated. 1hr, 2hr, 20-45-90 min doors. So hotels have to be sprinkled right, well at least the rooms so if the whole building was sprinkled you would not need rated rooms anywhere, right?

In the USA I take?

If so depending on what building code and say five stories or less

The international building code normally requires 1/2 hour rated corridor walls and twenty rated doors to the hotel rooms.

The stair doors normally have to be rated

And there are a few other doors that may need rating.
