Hey guys,

I'm in a position where I need to cut a lot of sprockets. Of course, existing sprocket manufacturers aren't too keen on giving me the profile of the tooth, and I've had no luck google-hunting.

Can anyone point me to an information source for the correct design of sprocket teeth? The pitch is around the 8mm mark, approximately 50 teeth, 4-6mm thick, to give you an idea of the size I'm dealing with.

Thanks,

Col.
