Spur gear interference 2D static structural

Hi!

Have anyone idea why it look like that ? because Results looks good. If i put contact in both drive and coast side, eqiuvalent Stress increase to over 3000 Mpa, but they're not interfering anymore. Physics and mesh quality is shown on screens.

I can't quite tell the problem - maybe post pictures of the other case with the different stress? However, it sounds like the two gears are interfering, so that when you have contact on both sides, it prevents the interference by causing a very high pressure to push the gears apart.
