Square D motor logic plus

I started up a used 300HP 480V screw compressor and found that my programmable overload relay is bad. It is a square D motor logic plus cat# 9065 SP64. I can't find one anywhere. Does anybody know where I can get this unit? I like this model because no porgramming software is needed. I have a 600:5 Ct ratio on a motor with a FLA of 345A and a service factor of 1.15. Any suggestions on a comparable unit?

That product is not really a Sq. D product, it's brand labeled from Symcom, it is their MotorSaver Model 777. Symcom is probably a better direct source of information and replacements, I have found that Sq. D's tech support people don't know much about it.
