square helical groove

I have a problem while creating a Helical Square groove. I Created using Sweep but it is not looks like square.

Use Orientation method - Forced direction follow the cylindrical axis

Hi Holyghost,
Vrishraj is correct.You need to use SWEPT command with orientation set to vector direction.Sweep along guides work better for guide consisting of lines and arcs.I am attaching a image herewith.
