St 35.8 I & St 35.8 III pipe specs.

I'm trying to fiqure out what ASTM specs this pipe compares/meets . its a 3" elbow ,the data we received is mostly in German.I think it appears to be ASTM A 106 Grade A ,we are looking for a filler metal to use with GTAW weld process ,normally we would use ER 70S -2 or 6.
