ST3, Where is features recognition???

Good morning guys,
I am on ST3 (ordered mode).When i bring in the cad files from another cad system, i did not see this function (features recognition) anymore. I wonder, it is still in ST3 or they take it out. if it is the case, is there any work around it??
My goal is recognize the feature and do some editting to it.

It was removed in ST3. Use an older release or sync.
