i created a helix coil by drawing a square face 5x5cm and revolved around a straight line of 50cm and define it as five 5 turn. <-- so it shaped like spring.
now i want to cut the helix by 10cm (imagine the helix straighten and cut off 10cm and bend it again), how do i do that?
also it is possible find out/dimension the total length of the Helix?
