Staad Pro How To Design This RC Cantilever Beam?

I want to enhance my level in concrete design so I came up with this custom beam and went to my doctor to ask him how can I RC design it and all he said was to use Staad Pro and he didn't explain how so I started searching for online forums to help me design this beam.

so how can I design this RC cantilever beam in Staad Pro?

NOTE: It must be in Staad Pro as I'm living in UAE and they don't accept anything other than Staad Pro.
