STAAD Pro/IBC 2006

I use Staad.Pro 2005 as my structural analysis software. In order to design structures per IBC 2006, is it necessary to obtain a more recent build? The coefficient inputs are the same for IBC 2003 and 2006, so can I plug the 2006 figures into the 2003 input in staad? Thanks,

Bentley is not what the REI groupn used to be. I am in the process of updating myself but I am not getting anywhere talking to these ofshore guys. Afterall I think I will go back to good old STRUDL.

Staad technical support is horrendous. We in the office have been having licensing issues for the longest time, that I finally had enough, called them up, and told them how I really felt. Needless to say, I got given two free licenses, several thousands of dollars worth.
