need 6 layer stack mould for very thin item, lattice structure large area total component single piece, polypropylene, 180 grams 0.32square metres in area

Shortest cycle time, I have 650ton injection moulder

need ideas on hot runners? or gating methods between layers and don't want to strip runners

You need to consider your injection pressure, pressure distribution , opening stroke, ejection and feed system very carefully.

With the current details it is not possible to recomend how to work it.
