I've looked for that as well in the past and couldn't find it. I'm curious to see Fintel's book... I've also been curious about "Structures and Granular Solids: From Scientific Principles to Engineering Application", and Ghali's, "Circular Storage Tanks and Silos" but am leery to buy them without justification at $160 and $250, respectively.

I'm still looking for Safarian and Harris. Another reference is ACI313 Standard Practice for Design and Construction of Concrete Silos and Stacking Tubes for Storing Granular Materials. I recall the maximum design case having to do with the removal of a 60 degree sector of material around the tube, causing an unbalanced lateral load, in combination with the belt pull forces at the top of the silo.

Would you mind sharing the structure you are working on, is it new stacking tube or an existing? What industry will be using/or are using it? Heigth of it?
If is existing do you have a pic of that? Is it located in high windor high seismic?
Just curious. I am in the industy that has a lot and I am expecting similar thing comes in my plate.
