I'm seeking companies capable of brazing/bonding two flat layers of stainless steel of about 20 mils (0.5 mm) thick each.
One of the two layer does have channels path made firstly by litography or milling, and then welded to the other layer. This realizes manifold with complex paths used for gas flow delivering into an analytical instrument.
I need the pressure of the paths to last 150 PSI (10 bar), and the paths are ralatively close one to the other, let say 0.2" (5 mm). The requirement is for uniform weld between the layers such there are no leeks between paths, and external.
Do anyone knows company that can do it relatively cheaply, I need 1000 pieces a year 3x2".
Thanks,
GZ
