Factory Ford wheels utilized a stainless steel band type clamp to go around the drop center of an aluminum wheel and to hold the TPMS sensor (tire pressure monitoring sensor)in place.

The factory wheel does have a clear coat on it, but we don't understand why electrolysis has not occurred. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance for your time.

The coating applied to the aluminum wheel surface is apparently sufficient to inhibit galvanic corrosion where the cres clamp band contacts it. Being located inside the sealed space protected by the tire likely also helps quite a bit.
