I am trying to specify a threaded stainless steel rod to anchor into a wet well (see image).

I am seeking a threaded stainless steel rod with a higher available yield & tensile strength than 30 ksi & 75 ksi, respectively.

What would be the most common high strength (like a Grade 55, 105, or greater) threaded stainless steel rod to specify?

Comments/suggestions are appreciated.

Duplex stainless, 2101 or 2205 are suited for this.
You would be looking at about 65ksi yield 95ksi UTS depending on which grade.

What would be the ASTM designation for a Duplex 2205 threaded anchor rod? My goal is to properly specify it on my plans.

Here is a other list:

Duplex 2205 Specifications: ASME SA 182, ASME SA 240, ASME SA 479, ASME SA 789, ASME SA 789 Section IV Code Case 2603, ASTM A 240, ASTM A 276 Condition A, ASTM A 276 Condition S, ASTM A 479, ASTM A 790, NACE MR0175/ISO 15156, NORSOK MDS D45 Grade F51, UNS S31803, UNS S32205, W.
