I WORK FOR A COMPANY BASED IN NEW YORK, FOR ONE OF OUR PROJECTS WE NEED STAINLESS STEEL TUBES AND PIPES IN LARGE QUANTITY AROUND 1000'-1500'. CAN SOMEONE TELL ME ANY MILL OR ANY PLACE WHERE WE CAN PROCURE SUCH LARGE QUANTITIES IN A CHEAPER MANNER.

1000-1500' is hardly a large quantity! If you had a decent quantity then Sandvik, Avesta, Outokumpu or Mitsubishi or others may be interested. I suggest you go to your local stockist for this small quantity.
