Standard Sleeve Bearing Sizes 1

Anyone familiar with "standard" sleeve bearing sizes? I am looking for a replacement parts, and the documentation specifies bronze or synthetic sleeve bearings sizes A and B. They have a 1/8" ID and a 3/16" OD, which I haven't easily found. The lengths are not critical. Does someone have a source for these parts?

Here are two companies I have sourced DU/DX Bushings. AFM manuafactures/sources their bushings offshore whereas DAEMAR bushings are manufactured in Italy. I'm not sure if either company will offer certs whereas Garlock & INA will for a premium.
