In supply chain there are two terms , standard time and available time , what is the difference between them ? and what is the physical meaning of standard time in factory like pepsi for example ?

I'm guessing here because of the term "standard time."
Standard Time refers to a standardized time allocation for a work element or task that is developed from a time study. Developed by "those guys" with clipboards and stopwatches. The concept is a worker should be able to do this all day without getting worn out.
Research "time study" and you can get info on the method & calculations.

Available time is the quantity of minutes or hours that are available for useful work. Example for humans would be 8 hour per day less time off for lunch, breaks, meetings. Expand by multiplying by quantity of workers, quantity of shifts, quantity of work weeks per year. If automated equipment, then is different.
