Standardized tests

I got a call for first evaluation from one of the north american utilities for technologist position in substation job.

the evaluation process says a series of standardized tests to measure problem solving, mathematical and special reasoning skill. The test runs for 3 hours.

Do anybody have idea what type of test is this and is there any books or website that can help me.

I'll appreciate for help.
