Start design button is off after analysis

Hi all,

I am using sap2000 software to model a caisson structure only using thin concrete shells. It has a bottom slab and some vertical walls with no top slab. So no beams and columns are used in the model.
For supports, the bottom slab is restricted only in the vertical direction.
After the analysis, I wanted to go for design but the design button is off.
I want to know why the design button is off and how can I use it for design.
