start with bookmarks

I use bookmarks regularly, but I tried something I thought would work and it didn't...
I right click on the bookmark, and "open with" i see an option, "Seimens Industrial Software Inc.Component" so I think "ok try that"
it seems to start up, but then fails

Is there a way I can fix this? By the way, we're running Native not TC
