Starting with a *.mf1 and *mf2 file

I am not an IDEAS user, so I will have to start from scratch. I want to build a solid model from the information in these files.

I have two IDEAS files; *mf1 and *mf2. I assume that they go together with the smaller one read in first.

How do I read these into IDEAS.

How do I display all that's in them.

read mf1 file first,
then click the "Manage Bins" icon (on the mid-right) to get out your part model (display) if it is not on workbench.
