Starting with Abaqus

Hi ?

I would like to start to work with Abaqus 6.5 but I am not getting to find tutorials or examples using tools- box/windows, etc. only statement lists. How could I get this material ?

There should be a HTML manual with the software.
If you find them too difficult to read.
You can always buy the course notes from ABAQUS for around £80 per course.

If you are just getting started, why use such an old version. Surely V6.6 or V6.6EF would be a better place to start?

Totally agreed with brep. as the CAE had a major change between V6.4 and V6.5. and more implovement in V6.6
