Greetings everyone!
I'm seeking your help, starting with the static part i had no problem calculation FS, i got it ( FS=1.42 ) which is acceptable. The next step is i tried to do Dynamic analysis using smc file for earthquake, i did the main steps ( see pictures ) but i keep getting the same result as in static analysis ( 1.42 ). I couldn't find where the erreur is, since that FS tends to decrease in dynamic analysis ( 0.8 to 0.9) as i know. Thank you so much.

Your earthquake is a magnitude 4.4 with a peak acceleration of 17.9 cm/s2 or 0.018g spread over 95,000 seconds or 26 hours. This is a really small earthquake record and the time interval is likely wrong.
