Chuny hismself found ISO G6.3 or G16 may be good for a Pulley. should I put the grade and accuracy of dynamic unbalance in the 2-D drawing? or what else?
thanks!

For production of this pulley, find out what spec the shaft is from that mfg. and try to go 50 % better on your part, this solves almost all of there question of vibrations after equiment is all installed, chance are its not your part but some other that makes it shake in the end.

WE have made 2 & 3 grove special for years and have fun when the end user compains of a vibration and blames it on the pulley right away, only to be shown later it was something they did that started the probem.
our best one has been a disgruntald employee and hte customer that was putting tape weights in side our pulley to guarentee a good shake to the end customer, which it did do

Stay cool
