Static Calculation for room

Hi all,

I m confusing into a differential pressure equation

Q = 2610 * A * p^1/2

where P is the differential pressure in Inwg

so, my doubt is

I have 2 room where one room is 30pa & another room is 25pa, assuming that Q is adjustable to achieve the static pressure, so what is the P value shall I insert? the 25 or the differential pressure between this 2 room?

The differential pressure is what creates the air movement between the rooms, so 5 pa is the value you want.
