Static sealing- Bolted joint design

I am designing a vacuum chamber for laser equipment. I have CAD/drawing references for the design from the company knowledge base but there is not much for calculations. I don't want to copy-paste the old design without any learnings/understanding. I am looking for a reference(books or any other articles) to design bolted joints for static sealed joints (for a vacuum chamber hatch, bolt preloading etc). Anyone, please help?
