i am new to ABAQUS, so i could really use the help;

i did a heat transfer analysis on a cylindrical steel,
with transient analysis for 1 hour i obtained 29.88 as the final temperature
but with steady state analysis on the same structure i obtained 63.59 as the final temperature

when i did a similar heat transfer analysis on a steel cuboid,
with transient analysis for 1 hour i obtained 28.74 as the final temperature
but with steady state analysis on the same structure i obtained 30.25 as the final temperature.

meanwhile the final temperature i was expecting from all simulations was 30.

Your results depend entirely on the boundary conditions you imposed. If you had very low heat transfer coefficients then temperatures won't change much. If you have doubts then check your units.
