Steam Dryer piping standard help

I am tasked with designing a pilot scale steam dryer using dilute flow transport at no more than 150 C. The system pressure is no more than 10 inches WC. The suspension vessel piping is 22 inch NP s10.
Steam is not introduced from a boiler but from the drying product.

Hope this is enough info.
I am looking for a standard for the large flanges but class 150 is way overkill for the pressures and temps.
Does anyone know of an applicable standard or am I stuck with overbuilding??

Steam is steam regardless of source, your design standard for flanges should be

ASME B16.5
 
10iwc. is under no ASME Codes. you may use standard Mfd flanges used for vacuum or water pressure.
or make your own flanges out of 3/8th inch materials.. if small pipe diameters I would use slip on 150 class flanges and just weld on the outside.

I am no fan of Lap Joint flanges, but this would be a good application for them. Check your pricing on the various sizes of "burned" plate flanges against lap flanges w/galvanized backup flanges and 150# slip-ons. Plasma-cut 20-inch will be the cheapest, but at 2-inches a lap or s-o should be cheaper.
