Steam Flow through holes in a pipe

What will be mass flow rate of dry saturated steam through holes on a pipe. Pipe ID: 25mm, Steam Pressure 3 kg/cm^2, Holes' Dia: 3mm, Number of Holes: 5.

We have a steam bath device in our company.
In this device, we feed a fabric in tape form by 2 set of rollers. Between the rollers we expose the fabric to steam (by a steam pipe directly beneath the fabric) in order to condition it.

The pipe is about 200mm long. When we switch on the rollers, we switch on the steam too by a ball valve. The pipe is closed at one end and other end is supplied with steam. All 5 holes are 40mm apart.

I get 17kg/hr per hole for critical flow, since exit pressure is well below 200kpa
