Steam reducing station 1

I hope this is the right forum for my question : its about a pressure reducing station in a steam line;I have a 12" steam header 300 ASA with op temp at 210°C and flow rate = 25 T/h at 13 barg.I need to reduce to 10barg and provide the same mass flow Can someone give me some advice as to what I need for this and also recommend a supplier.The project is in the Netherlands.Thanks

Initial condition is superheated (by 15C) and so the final condition is (by 19C, though I see some JT effect). Just decide whether you can do away with this superheat. Otherwise, go for a desuperheater. Spirax and Samson are two good manufacturers of Pressure Reducing Stations. Alternatively, you can try back pressure turbines to bank on superheat and get some free(?) electricity.

My rough calculations indicate about 587 liters for desuperheating low pressure steam. So, you will get 587 kgs of extra steam.

Forgot to add that there is a 27% increase in specific volume in superheated condition. Check your downstream piping accordingly.
